What measurements should I send?
- Clear width of each opening and required overall drop.
- Design code or a straight-on photograph of the existing panel.
- Panel quantity and motif choice where applicable. Confirm curved or arched dimensions separately.
- Your delivery postcode and any access restrictions. If you do not have every measurement yet, tell us what you know.

- Measure each clear opening between posts separately. Do not assume every bay is the same width.
- FR2, FR3, FR4, FR5 and FR8 straight fretwork have a 300 mm overall drop. Confirm the drop separately for arched or other designs.
- For FR4 motif options, specify the motif as well as the panel design. Use the visualiser to compare appearance, then confirm the cutting dimensions with the workshop.
Delivery to Brisbane
The standard Queensland delivery rate is $300. Orders of 5.4 metre handrails have a $450 flat interstate delivery rate. Mixed products and unloading requirements need confirmation.
Tell the workshop whether the work is sheltered or exposed and how it will be finished. Ask your installer to confirm the intended material and fixing details for your particular application.
These are delivery charges, not product prices. Final postcode coverage, order contents, GST treatment and any access requirements must be confirmed in your quote. Ask for current production and transit timing.
What to send for an accurate quote
Provide the clear opening width, required overall drop, panel quantity and design code. Include an image of adjoining posts or brackets when matching a complete verandah.
